Telehealth is now easier to access!
In our efforts to continually improve our services, we are changing how telehealth appointments at The Jackson Clinic are offered. Starting December 31, 2023, telehealth appointments will no longer be accessed through Follow My Health.
Follow My Health will still be your patient portal, and all other functions will remain the same. For telehealth appointments, we will use a new platform called Doximity. To schedule a telehealth appointment, please call us at 731-422-0213
How does it work?
- Make an appointment by calling 731-422-0213
- See an available provider or schedule a call with your regular physician.
- You’ll receive a text message with a link to the video call.
- Tap the link and allow mic and camera access.
- Talk to your provider and get the care you need, no matter where you are!
